Tom grew up on a family farm in Dorset and is passionate about sustainable agriculture, the wider countryside and its rural communities. A graduate from Harper Adams University, Tom is now applying his skills and experience in promoting the sustainable management of the livestock and land at Cornbury House Farm.
Having previously worked on Cornbury Park Estate, Tom joined Cornbury House Farm in October 2021 and has helped to promote the very highest standards of animal welfare, management of the land to promote soil health and biodiversity and to ensure that the slow grown beef, lamb and pork reared in accordance with regenerative principles produces the most flavoursome meat.
